We came from out of state to purchase a vehicle. We had already knew what we wanted and had test drove a similar vehicle where we live. My husband found the vehicle on line and contacted them. From beginning to end the process was very smooth which included a trade in as well. We drove up and they had everything ready for us as we had agreed on for price, discounts, and trade in. We could have not asked for a better experience especially since we were going off a phone call and hoping all would be as agreed. We thank Allison for creating a deal and giving us the quote for our trade in that worked for us. Another thank you to Donna for doing the paperwork and for Ian who was our salesman for going over all the features of the truck and more. We really appreciate the follow up next day by phone to ensure all went well on the drive home. Highly recommended.

The probably I ran into is a classic bait and switch. I was told one price (many times) over the phone. When I arrived, the number was different. When I asked why, I was told that a different sales manager gave the price on my trade earlier in the day, but that he went home. The sales manager who was working when I got there was a different person (about 2 hours later…evidently sales managers only work a couple hours before the shift change?). This different sales manager gave me a number that was NOT EVEN CLOSE to what I had been promised over the phone.
I reminded them all of what I was told over the phone…which they did not deny. I honestly was shocked! Stay away.

Was going to try and purchase truck, during test drive, lady couldn’t read street signs and called and complained. They called me and ended test ride, because lady called and complained when she was one who did wrong. Picture of sign attached. The sales guy was cool, and very professional, but I feel as if management was treating me as I was joyriding their truck. When it wasn’t case. Didn’t even ask. I’ll go elsewhere.
